NCR Voyix, a digital commerce solutions provider, has named James Kelly as its CEO and president, effective immediately, according to a Fintech Futures report.
Kelly succeeds David Wilkinson, who is stepping down after 14 years.
Wilkinson led the company through its separation from NCR Corporation into two businesses last year. Kelly previously served as CEO of EVO Payments and joined NCR Voyix's board as executive chair following the spin-off.
"With the divestitures and restructuring efforts largely behind us, our focus shifts to the growth of our business as a product-led software and services company," Kelly told the news outlet.
In early January convenience chain Speedy Stop revolutionized its in-store technology infrastructure by partnering with NCR Voyix.
In October, 2024 NCR Voyix was recognized by RBR Data Services, a research and consulting firm, as the world's largest provider of self-checkout tech.
