Is the equipment I purchase from Capital Computer Group eligible for maintenance coverage?

Yes. All NCR products Capital Computer Group sells are guaranteed, certified and eligible for NCR maintenance (and/or 3rd party) agreements.

What payment methods can I use with Capital Computer Group?

We accept NET 30 payment terms from customers who meet or have established credit approval requirements. Prior to credit approval, Capital Computer Group will accept pre-pay and c.o.d. orders.

Does Capital Computer Group warranty the NCR products they sell?

Yes. Capital Computer Group offers 30, 60, 90, 120-day and 1-year warranties on all products.

Are Capital Computer Group technicians trained and certified?

Yes. All Capital Computer Group technicians are NCR trained and certified. As one of NCR's top resellers in North America, our technicians are the backbone of our organization. Our technical support staff is here for you before, during and after the sale of our products.

Can Capital Computer Group ship to Indonesia?

Yes. Plus, Africa, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and across the street too. Capital Computer Group has been shipping NCR products, whether it's a large-scale server, printer, scanner, or just a cable, all around the world for the last 25 years. We can work directly with your importer/clearing house or we can ship directly from our dock to yours.

Can Capital Computer Group repair my defective NCR system and/or component?

Yes. Capital Computer Group offers both repair and advance exchange programs. Call your sales representative for more details.

Shipping Policy

Place your order before 8 pm EST in the US, and we'll ship it the same day you order. In Canada, place your order before 5 pm EST in Eastern Canada and 7 pm EST in Western Canada for same-day shipping.

Free ground delivery in the continental US and Canada. Premium services such as overnight delivery, two-day LTL shipments, and special LTL delivery services are available at discounted rates.
